Changing the Start and End Dates in the Digital Program Director

1. Open your DPD program.
2. Click on the Utilities Menu at the top of the screen.
3. Click on the last option on the drop down list, Database Maintenance.
4. A Database Maintenance box will appear, with an upper field for entering data. Type in the following string, substituting the correct date for 04-08-2002:
   update musicdatabase set startdate = #04-08-2002#
5. Click on the Execute SQL button.
6. A box will appear with the words, "Do you know what you are doing?" Click on yes.
7. Click on the cancel button.

Changing the end date is almost the same, except the SQL line is:

• update musicdatabase set stopdate = #12-31-2070#
