Simply Smart Support

This page provides the only support available for Simply Smart.  No telephone support is given and only limited email support is available at simplysmart@smartsbroadcast.com.

How do I get started?

Download the Simply Smart program and install it on your windows computer with a working sound card.  The computer may need to be rebooted during the install as some Windows computers need updated system files.

Once the program is loaded, start the program by clicking the Start button in the bottom left corner of your computer.  Chose Programs, go to the Simply Smart folder, then click the Simply Smart icon.

Simply Smart is still Beta software and as such we cannot guarantee its reliability and should not be used exclusively as automation for a radio station.
